The alcohol for this gin is made by an eight day fermentation process with the most wonderful High Peak water.

Flavour notes – tropical floral, citrus with a active Juniper burst.
Server with a slice of either grapefruit or lime and a good tonic water. It’s also good with old fashioned cloudy lemonade!
